account permanent limitation

i need to get a review to my account limitation! ive done literally nothing wrong, and it has been permanently limited. I cannot open a dispute because of this virus, also i have a refund case going on for me which again i cannot solve!!!

well the call us option clearly does not work coz they have no one to answer

please don't just copy and paste from paypal's page.

This is user to user forums, and unfortunately, no one here has access to others' accounts to fix any kind of account limitations so people are directed to contact customer service. You're gonna just have to keep trying to contact customer service if you can get through.
