I have been emailing PayPal for 2 weeks now about my account limitation. And know one gets back to me. I had a friend send me money through friend and family and PayPal is holding it. I completed all the resolve categories and know one gets back to me. I call and PayPal is closed. I have no job and I need my money to pay bills. I am struggling here. I really need my money!! Can someone please help!!!
