Dear Community,

 

I've been waiting for the verification process a long time now: "Your account access is temporarily limited"

 

"We need you to take action on your account. Some features in your account will be limited until you perform certain tasks on your account. You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these."

 

It's already been over a week and I have written 2 E-Mails to the support team to get an update but no answers yet. I would have liked to get a quick update. Even if the backlog of tickets is overflooding agents a simple "We're working on it" would be good.

 

Is anyone experiencing similar issues?

Want to know if you were able to check your Email or go to the Resolution Center for the documents that you need to provide to remove the limitation on your account? If not yet, please do so. Once we receive them and review the documents, you will hear

Yes, I have already submitted all the documents. It has been almost 2 weeks now. I even wrote two E-Mails to support team with no updates.

There are no cases in resolution center.

 

I'm not sure what to do...
