How do i remove my limitation so i can add my credit card?

Depends on what the limitation is and what paypal have requested that you do to resolve any issues.

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

If your account has been limited, you will not be able to add a credit card until the limitation is resolved. If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account, there will be some steps listed there you will need to complete in order to resolve the limitation.
