Im just wondering if anyone else has had issues with Paypal's so called buyer protection and the resolution centres inability to see when they have made an error? I ordered a home security system with multiple functions and monitoring capabilities outside the visual range (Mood ring) and got to micro box cameras (thing miniature fake go pros but 1/4 size. Raised a dispute sent links to what I purchased and links to what I got. Seller offered 15US I wanted full refund ...then Paypal denied my case as the items were materially the same...and then because I had not submitted any evidence ...all of which is BS multiple emails and messages, all still there to be read by anyone who has access!!?? ....So I guess the question is how does one raise the issue of incompetence and appeal the decision if the same people are to review their own incompetence??
