Buyer bought items ,received items then buyer wanted to return . I agreed and buyer sent paper and junk back. Went and claimed they sent back ,weight clearly shows 1 1/2 pounds of paper and junk in box ,not the 28 pounds of items I sent. I sent pictures if what buyer sent me with boxes,labels,tracking. I have all confirmation of what was sent to me from postal carrier. I filed a postal inspector form,icf form,police report . Paypal said in my favor ,held my money,next day said in buyer favor. Paypal said im covered under seller protection,then sent email sayong closed ,not covered ! Im out 1,127.00 What can I do ?
