My account was disabled and locked for 180 days. It is said that I breached the user agreement (probably because I’m not currently in France). But I’m not sure of how to transfer money after these 180 days. My bank account in France is not active anymore. So how can I transfer my fund? Can paypal transfer my funds to other PayPal account that I am familiar with? Or if I register new PayPal account in Thailand, can PayPal France transfer that balance to me?
