Slightly confused

I have more than one email for paypal as I have more than one account, I have requested a withdrawal from cashback earners to one of my emails, but this email is currently being blocked for fear of fraud, surely if I have more than one email and more than one account and none of my other emails have a problem logging in or indeed using the service then that proves I'm legit, can Admin advise as what I can do for this ridiculous situation?

Based on what you've described, it sounds like one of your accounts has a restriction? If this is the case, you'll need to provide what information we've requested in your Resolution Center. I understand how frustrating that can be, but we sometimes have to verify identities in order to allow use of our services to customers. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!

I am beyond furious you continue to block me at every turn with your bureaucratic nonsense. To be told that you would remove the block on my account with two forms of ID as you were made aware I have neither driving licence nor passport to then have you renege on this, I am extremely close to legal action. You are preventing me accessing MY money. It may only be £20 but its the principle of the thing. YOU said two forms of ID and you would lift your restriction. Do it.
