Item didn’t arrive. Paid for through friends and family as asked by seller. Bank refused charge back . PayPal held onto money from sellers PayPal account while case is in resolution centre. PayPal say they won’t release money back to me until bank informs them of decision, bank say they don’t inform PayPal , they inform me only. Case now been in resolution for 3month+ . Seller has told PayPal to return money to me but PayPal will not. Want can I do ?
When the bank informs you, tell them to CC the letter to PayPal and then send the letter to PayPal on paper. Then ask PayPal were to send the letter. Or ask what PayPal will accept: a copy of the letter from the bank when they inform you or what.
