First experience of having to use the resolution centre and found it quite poor. Biggest issue is the options. Nothing is suitable when the items quality is simply poor or not fit for use.

Then why don't you file 'item received but not as described'?

I did as it was the closest I could get. Technically the item was described correctly, a chain with a pendant. By the time my wife wore it for the first time the chain was black and dud not clean up.

I would have filed for not as described as it was not described as a black necklace was it?
