Refund even after resolved dispute?

My dispute was finalized but i didnt get my refund since i selected "unauthorized payment" which was a mistake since i in fact willingly sent it. But now that i know its a scam and the dispute was resolved i dont know if i can still get my refund. Is it too late?

Reach out to customer service to request change of reason for claim:

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes.
  4. Click Dispute a payment.
  5. Click Call Us or Message Us after “This information might help” box.
