I ordered some clothes about three months ago and messages the seller twice and he never responded.I put in a dispute and it went in my favor as the seller did not respond.I was issued a refund and the seller for some reason has now sent the items.Do I now have to send them back and put for shipping?I don’t want the clothes and I don’t want to deal with a dispute again.

Hey Fmancha100.
Welcome to the Community!
If you have received the item from the merchant after you received a refund, we would encourage you to work directly with your seller to resolve the issue. If you are happy with the item, you could send the funds back to the merchant. If you would like to return the items, you can work directly with the seller to arrange for the items to be returned.
I hope this helps.
David.
