I am the buyer in a transaction.Buy at biblio.com.This is a platform for buying and selling books.I bought some books in biblio, But my item ended up broke during shipping.I contacted the seller to request a refund. I was very happy when the seller agreed. I immediately returned the book to the seller. But I did not receive my money
So I opened the disputes in PayPal. But for more than a month, it has not been resolved. The seller agreed to assist me. But PayPal always thought that biblio.com is correct. Now let me reply to biblio.com within 3 days but I can't see reply button.I don't understand. I don't know how to deal with this case. Please help me.
