Re opening a case?

OK , here is my problem. I need to reopen a case that was closed in my favor.

I ordered a product , was charged for 2 , only ordered 1. So half of my purchase price was refunded.

HOWEVER, when I finally received the product it was total garbage. It was not worth 1.00 yet awhile the 19.95.

So how do I go about getting a refund on a closed case when half was done in my favor?
