Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

Hey, I have a question. I have repeatedly submit my bank statement within the last 3months, and driver's license as proof of address. But it has been repeatedly declined. I am so frustrated right now.
