I would like to ask to resolve my problem with blocking my credit card  due to an address. For checking  the address I sent already my ID card and credit card statement from december 2020. I have no answer up till now. Please I want to ask to unblock my credit card.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
