Problem with resolving limitation

I mistakenly cancelled a paypal payment on my bancaccount. When i try to resolve the issue on the paypal site by saying i mistakenly did it. I get an error and can't continue. The error says: something wrong on our end, please try again.

But i happens each time. Different browsers and all

Are you trying to resolve a negative balance then or what is the 'issue'.
