App not work on phone,(have transferred- no problems),changed browser and password,told case would be elevated and response in three days-no hold or limitation on account, but haeheard nothing ( after phoning paypal UK).Nice people but do not solve my problem Feels like highway robbery as causing knock on financial problems as have tiny income. I log into Paypal,choose transfer to my bank...after that web page not move on...Has anybody tried the Financial Ombudsman? or any other suggestions...
