Account limitations

Hey, I created my account when I was 17 a be and I didn't have a credit to card to put on my account at the time so I put my moms and dads credit card info on it and one day I was on Xbox and I accidentally bought something so it charged it out my dad's credit card automatically through PayPal so I told him to call the credit cad company and cancel the payment. Now my account has limitations even though everything has been refunded and theres no problems. It's asking me to give a credit card statement but he cancelled the credit card so I don't know what to do. At this moment I feel like PayPal just wants to keep my money that I worked for.

So you have broken several paypal rules and you are expecting paypal to allow access to your account and money  Smiley Surprised

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

Paypal does not allow you to add another persons card to your paypal account.

Then you do a chargeback for your own mistake..................

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will be subject to sending and receiving limits.
When you reach those limits you will be unable to verify your account so your account would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
