Problem with Ashampoo

I paid via PayPal for a years subscription for their ant virus app. My account on their site shows I am paid up till June 2022 yet the app shows it is not active. I have lodged 3 requests for action with no result. As I was left without proper protection I purchased another brand. How do I get a refund when they do not reply.
