I didnt have enough funds in my paypal account so my girlfriend used her visa card to make a purchase. We have since discovered this was a fraudulent account, kinerco.com, and we lost €81 but are we protected and can we claim this money back or do we just learn from this mistake? We tried contacting the company on 4 occasions but 7 days after payment made we realised the scam. Any help gratefully received. TIA. Mark
We do offer PayPal Buyer Protection to help in situations like this. If you're having trouble with a merchant, we recommend filing a dispute to request a refund from the merchant.
