Problem getting a dispute past point of acknowledging that I have a dispute

I have been trying to dispute 3 unauthorized charges for total of $66.55 since Aug multiple times and spending 2 or more hours each time thru their Regular Pay Pal website with the only result being to get an email from a non-monitored site stating I need to verify the charges were unauthorized despite having tried through their regular site and even on that the customer service robo/virtual assistant does not process eventually claiming to put me via same chat system with a live person which get nowhere because after start typing problem  in mid sentence it disconnects.

 

Can someone please provide me with a valid phone number to a live person or a simple MONITORED email I can send my dispute to or even a snail mail address.     

 

Please reply as I am an old fart and sorry that I do not have hang of internet etc... my 50 yr old son does    I grew up without computers until I got one in 2008  however I am now alone as my son is away on assignment with military so i must rely on your kindness/help

why cant you just look up the 3 transactions in your account and file  dispute,reason=UA.

Paypal will investigate and trace the IP addess etc to see if it is UA or you?

i gave some how got them the invoice number and transaction Id Number and the amount of each disputed charge that is why I got the NON-monitored email asking me to verify the disputed charge.   Problem is I have not been able to contact them again to make that verification.

The first contact was made with assistance of my 50 year old son on leave as he was transferring from one duty station to another.   I am an old fart did not even have computer until june 2008 and have no idea what you want me to find or how with that short reply but it is totally mute point if I can not even make contact or as is happening when I do get their customer support it is a virtual/robo assistant and claims not to understand and cuts me off.     As Pay Pal has acknowledged i have 3 disputes/unauthorized charges by there email requesting I contact them to confirm the disputed charges I must respond to them that is why i need the phone number of a live person or an valid and MONITORED simple email contact or snail mail as I am being totally stymied by the very complicated and unfriendly regular website for an very old & Non computer savvy person like myself
