I ordered some cloggis for my grandson, stated the delivery address and had email confirmation from the company, stating the delivery address. However, the shoes came to my address. I rang company and was told as I made pay pal payment they could only send to my address otherwise they weren't covered in the event of loss. I paid 4.99 for delivery and asked them to refund it as I now had to forward on. They wouldn't. They suggested I return them to the company, at my expense, andcthey will refund me the goods!!! Eventually they agreed to send me a pre-paid bag so I could forward to my grandson. That was Monday. Bag still hasn't arrived and on phoning I'm told it has been sent 2nd class, (as is I suspect the pre-paid bag), and not their fault if Royal Mail haven't delivered. The person then put the phone down on me. Do I have a case to get this postage back?
