Paypal slow response

I requested for refund, but i cancelled it while i had option but paypal is still reviewing this from past few weeks, not responding. This is 1st time im using paypal, while are they so slow...our money is involved why are paypal wasting our time?

Were sorry to hear that you're refund was not provided right away. We follow certain procedures in processing dispute/claim.

Once you file a dispute, there will be an open communication between you and the merchant which can last up to 17 to 20 days.

If you think that there will be no resolution between you and the merchant then you can escalate the case to a claim.

In this way, we will be the one who will deal with the merchant. For future reference, here's how you can do it.
