eBay payment not released

I sold three items on eBay and all payments were to be released by the 17/03/2020 but as of yet none of them have been, I contacted eBay and they stated it was PayPal who were holding the payments from me but I’m not getting far using the help pages

Thanks for reaching Community forum. You will need to coordinate with one of our Customer Service about this hold process.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
