Limited actions on my account

Hello everyone,

I cannot receive a payment from the USA of 1000€ due to some actions limitations in my account. In order to solve this, I had to confirm my ID (sending documents that prove my id and residence). How long does this take? I need the money asap. Are there any other apps that work in the U.S and in Europe?
