Paypal has been hacked so it seems they have banned me incorrectly we need help asap

the fools at paypal locked my account and i cant do anything to get them to fix my account, they say

 Paypal refuse to explain my termination as a customer with them. I contacted them and used their instant messenger to ask support to explain but got given the run around, they did ask if I got an email from them on 11feb 2020 I checked and I did not so I don’t know if they are lying they sent something about this then or not. Then I phoned paypal on 25feb2020 they email me this to do : just phoned paypal that person sent me an email with steps to do How can you appeal? If you wish to appeal our decision, you can get in touch with us and let us know. Log in to your PayPal account and click 'Contact' at the bottom of the page. Select 'Managing my account' as the topic and 'My account is limited' as sub-topic, then send your message. If your account shows an amount owing to us, you have to add money to ensure that the balance returns to zero. We reserve the right to recover the amount by legal means.

for the love of god can someone please contact paypal and tell them to restore my account ? or at least make it possible for people theyve just banned to get their accounts back , what they have done is throw away good customers who have been with them in my case since 2004 like trash giving us no way to do anything

Have to keep calling them until you can get someone to help but be nice/friendly on the communication dept or they won't help. Speaking from observation of reports from others. Its sucks and all but you get more flies with honey.

Generally speaking, I often wondered how some folks be attracting this situation to their account and sure enough linking PayPal to too many things can make your account vulnerable. Its all cute until its not. I'll stick to one e-wallet thank you.

ive spoken to people on theie instant messenger who were no use what so ever

i phoned them and their staff were no use what so ever 

so theres nothing i can do, you have an evil nasty stupid policy of banning people and not explaining why....it turns out paypal seem to have been hacked but that doesnt mean you need to treat customers like **bleep**

Sorry but clarify: I don't work for PayPal. This forum is user to user help/advice and do not have access to others' accounts. Moderators/PayPal staff have the PayPal logo and 'PayPal_' next to their screen name.

wasted a day dealing with this so far and massive stress

Did you check your spam folder for the Feb 11 2020 email, by chance?

Log on to your PayPal account and go to https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/contact-us

Do you see "Managing Your Account" under the Common Issues section?

I am not in the UK or logged on so I may not see the same options, mind.

Maybe instead of choosing 'Managing Your Account' see if there is something about account limitations?

When you log on to your account, do you see anything about being to able to appeal the permanent limitation?

just chatted on instant messenger for quite a while to paypal and the person i was peaking with claims i will be able to try starting a new paypal account with a different email address so in a day or 2 i will try do that and let you know if i do manage to start a new account
im sceptical itll work as ill have to use the same bank info as old account and if paypal have shut the old account due to hackers in my mind they may be wont allow a new account to be opened..we will see
