I am about to sue paypal, I do not understand how my account was deemed unsafe for paypal and they decided to suspend my account for what seems to be no reason what so ever . After the fact I have a balance of $7000 in my paypal cash account, My debit card was turned off and my access to my account was taken away. I was told after waiting 180 days I would have access to my money in my account. it is now day 182 and paypal hasn’t answered An email or phone call in 2 months now . Also when I try to message support team live it says I need to contact them during business hours although this is during their business hours. Absolutely ridiculous how they can do this. does anyone have anything in mind that could help me . If I have no resolution by the end of this week I will be forced to do what I should’ve done 180 days ago. Take this scamming company to court !

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
