PayPal resolution center asks to provide document to confirm email...how is that possible?

Paypal put limitations on my account...provided some info..but resolution center asks to provide document to confirm email...how is that possible?

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that there's a limitation on your account. If one of the steps to appeal the limitation is listed as confirm your email address, you are not being asked to submit a document to do so, but rather to complete the steps for email confirmation. If you have done those steps and the limitation step is still showing as incomplete, please contact customer service for assistance.
