I'm guessing I'm not alone in experiencing PayPal as a seriously messed up service?
I really wonder how such an established and well funded organisation can perform so badly, so continuously, for so long, at every opportunity.
It is difficult for me to think of any things they have done right!
My experience, despite very few chargebacks on my account:
*Continuous restrictions on my account and holding of funds meaning I have to keep removing the gateway from my store.
*Continuous mindless replies from customer service representatives that don't even read the previous messages, and provide no progress on the important issues.
*Continuous requests to me for information I've already provided.
*Ignoring my continuing requests for personal assistance and phone support.
In essence it makes PayPal useless.
And here I am wasting more time complaining here, look what months of PayPal abuse has done to me.
