On late July, I paid over 400 dollars on a refurbished Nintendo Switch console, a controller and two games. On mid September, I received a package containing only a cheap phone case. I reported the situation to Paypal, but they kept stalling me for two weeks and then decided the case against me.
Can somebody indicate me a better way to get them to refund me?
