I am new to PayPal and when setting up my account my fat fingers on this phone touched a three instead of a two for my billing address. When I attempted to make a purchase I noticed the discrepancy and made the change. But these idiots at PayPal basically froze my account and stopped me from making the purchase because I tried to correct a mistake. I have sent them copies of my credit card statement I sent them copies of my driver's license but I can't speak to a human being so I got to wait for some stupid automated system to fix the problem. Meanwhile I'm probably going to lose out on an opportunity to buy something at a very good price because there were limitations. And they are still waiting on payment because these fools at PayPal can't fix something as you need it. Can't talk to a human being so I have to wait for some stupid automated system or some fool to finally open up the messages.well that's the problem the question is how long does it take them to fix this situation it is a simple fix I've given them everything they want but I still sit here waiting almost 8 hours later after I submitted everything they wanted. First experience was PayPal not a good one probably going to kick them to the curb if I lose this deal.

Sorry but its your mistake not paypals.

So you have to wait in the queue for paypal to bail you out of your mistake.
