Issues with claim resolution...

I issued a claim 2 months ago.  Originally I though the item never arrived because the seller sent me the completely wrong item and the item they sent was literally cost 1/10th what the item I thought I had purchased.  I tried contacting the seller multiple times and got no response at all.  I finally put a claim in with paypal.  My expected resolution date then kept changing.  It changed when they heard from the seller...which I was never shown their response.  Paypal sent me the delivery confirmation that I had received the item, and I told them I received that package, but it was not what I ordered and the resolution date moved again.  Paypal moved the date again when they got new information from the seller...again, I was never told what that was.  I inquired about the changing date with Paypal and they demanded pictures of the item and a link to what I ordered...both of which I had already sent...and gave me 3 days to do it.  So the seller is given a month to contact Paypal with information, but buyers are given 3 days??  So I upload the information, again, and the date changes again.  I wait until the resolution date and check the resolution center, hoping for some good news...nope, changed the date again...checked this morning and they changed it again.   So, 2 months(4 if you count the original order date) and I am still waiting for my money back.

I remember when Paypal used to be a good company for it's end users...sad.
