Open Dispute

I have an open Dispute and I just recently received an item from the seller that is significantly different from what I purchase. I ordered a PC case and instead got 5 kn95 masks. Is there a way to update my dispute with pictures or a message?

@RobertT143,

 

If you've since received the wrong item, you'll want to change the type of dispute from Item Not Received (INR) to Significantly Not as Described (SNAD).
