Not able to update dispute

Anyone know what is going on with PayPal?  I keep trying to update my dispute but when I submit it I get an error message.

What is the current status of the dispute in your resolution center? What is the error message?

Pleasr try to clear your cache and cookies, restart your device and try it one more time. Let me know in this thread for any update.
