Hi, I've sold on here a baby grand piano unopened brand new in box ....unfortunately the buyer has now opened the box took it out of its wrapping and set it up only to find 2 keys are not working... As it was brand new it should of been working ...anyway he wants a refund but me to pay for the postage...its a large parcel and needs to travel from wilts to swansea..I was lucky I got a friend who.works in delivery to send it for me to him.....but I imagine it's gonna cost about £30 to £35 to send it back.....it's a £100 piano i sold to him for £40......but he refuses to send it back at his cost....I think.he wanted the piano and the refund...he,s raised a dispute ...what can I do please.....I even offered £20 refund and he keeps the piano rather than go thro the expense of sending it back
