Limited Account

For a reason I don't understand my account has been limited, due to the pandemic the phone lines are offline and all I can rely on is E-Mail support from PayPal that tends to take ages. I'm in an urgent need to pay some bills and can only do so using PayPal. The resolution center shows nothing about the account's limitations and I have a verified Credit Card and Bank Account linked, nobody ever disputed any of my payments and in my life I only did around 3-6 disputes which I won without a doubt from PayPal.

 

By the way, I'm a business account.

 

If anyone has any idea what might be causing it or how to resolve it, I will really appreciate it.

 

EDIT Just to be perfectly clear, I never received any E-Mails nor do I see any message in the resolution center that somehow points me to why my account is limited. I did however see a huge increase in sales in the past few weeks. We're talking around 1.8k% increase of sales.
