Limited Account was not updating

My business account was limited and the requirements were still pending 3 years ago because it wasn't updated. Please help someone to assist with.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
