Dear PayPal team , I already uploaded all the files you need and I still didn’t get any answer from your side , all my business stop because of that and I have balance in my PayPal I need to use , kindly review and remove limitations from my account
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
