Do you see any alerts or notifications on the top menu on the Bell icon of your business account? Or check the Resolution Center for any open cases.
Otherwise, contact PayPal customer service for assistance in reviewing your account:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
