A payment attempt was rejected on your store because your PayPal account has been limited. You need to contact PayPal to remove the limitation or disable PayPal Express in your payment setting.

 

How do you find out what is limiting my account?

Do you see any alerts or notifications on the top menu on the Bell icon of your business account? Or check the Resolution Center for any open cases.

 

Otherwise, contact PayPal customer service for assistance in reviewing your account:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
