After weeks of trying to get a refund from this company, and the case closed in their favour yesterday because they gave a fake tracking number, I've at last been able to speak to somebody today and tell them what this company is doing to hundreds of people and they've overturned their decision and I'm getting my refund, but from PayPal themselves as a courtesy as they can't get money from the company, shocking. Please don't give up, and keep reporting this company.

You need to contact PayPal via phone or email and they should sort it

I did not have the same success with USPS. No response from them either.

I was able to speak with USPS. They told me the delivery to my address weighed only 2 oz. !!! I ordered a 3 foot replica of a Doberman Pinscher. I presumed it was going to be card board and I would have to put it together. The video ad on Facebook clearly showed the ability to place a glass of liquid on a gold colored tray being held in the dogs mouth. There is no way that cardboard replica only weighed 2 oz. So I presume that what was mailed to me looked like junk mail and I never paid any attention to it. This gave Jinzhou the "package delivered" confirmation needed to fool PayPal into denying a refund! Which I noticed they managed to use a different name to identify their charge to me on PayPal to Firstrate Network Technology.

Can anyone advise me how to communicate this to PayPal since they have already closed my case?

It discredits their credibility in working with companies that support fraud. I lost over $48.00 USD to this company and they continue to **bleep** over people saying that they have never received their products. If there's more than 5 people that are not related to each other and have no idea about the other 5 people is way too many to be taking advantage of. I won't use Paypal for purchases in the future. They told me to provide documentation that USPS in fact shipped the product. I have a tracking number that said that it was delivered to my house. I talked to the Postmaster at my post office and they said that you have been scammed.

I have a Royal Mail tracking number which was only produced AFTER I raised the dispute with Paypal. I will phone them tomorrow to see what they come up with

Hey ScottB3,
Just wanted to say thank you for posting the details of your experience.

I followed your tip and contacted my delivery company (Yodel) who sent me an email confirming that the tracking number supplied did not correspond to my address. I contacted PayPal via their messaging service saying that I had new information on a closed case and attached a PDF of the email, they reopened the case and I have just received a refund from them.

To anyone else in the same situation, don't give up. Don't let these scammers pick your pockets.

@dredgey did you get your refund from paypal out of "good will"?

There was no mention of ’good will’; the message I received from PayPal was: We've reviewed the case you filed on 5 November 2020 and have decided in your favour. We've issued a refund of £29.68 GBP to you. It may take up to 5 days for this refund to show on your PayPal account or bank. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to it. Depending on your card provider, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to show on your card statement.
