Hey ScottB3, Just wanted to say thank you for posting the details of your experience. I followed your tip and contacted my delivery company (Yodel) who sent me an email confirming that the tracking number supplied did not correspond to my address. I contacted PayPal via their messaging service saying that I had new information on a closed case and attached a PDF of the email, they reopened the case and I have just received a refund from them. To anyone else in the same situation, don't give up. Don't let these scammers pick your pockets.
