I need help with a dispute

my dispute failed even though it only gave me the option to say it was a unauthorized purchase when in reality I never received my item at all and the seller keeps ignoring me when it clearly states that in the purchase problems I should get a full refund but I was denied it because I couldn't even report it for not receiving my item, I can't re-dispute the transaction because it was already closed
