After years and years of dealing with this annoying Paypal necessity, which I've always been able to ignore and continue purchasing on eBay, Paypal has decided to block my ability to make purchases COMPLETELY!!!
I don't live in ITALY! I live in ALBANIA! And Paypal won't accept my Albanian phone number! Is there a way to change my country of residence, or get verified with my Albanian number without having to change country?! Is there a way to verify my identity through email, or even a damned video call? I can send my passport photo and whatever is needed, I just need this issue resolved ASAP!
I'm trying to send Paypal an email but their servers must be down because my browser says "it didn't redirect correctly". It only happens for email support. Please can someone help me get in contact with Paypal and resolve this stupid issue once and for all???
