I have made a case (not dispute) because my items wasnt shipped out for around 6 business days. I have email the seller as well but no response hence I raised a case.
Now my seller has responded and will ship out my item but because I raised a case, PayPal charged back the funds and now my account with the seller is suspended. At the same time the reshipment was divert back to them again. So currently, I do not have a case and my product isnt coming too.
I have already closed the case (Thursday afternoon) so I would like to know how long would PayPal take to release the fund and inform the seller.
Once the seller has the fund, they will reship my product again.
