I filed dispute. Returned Item. Now Paypal wont refund

I bought a pair of earrings that were not marked gold. I asked seller for refund, they refused and I filed a dispute. The seller agreed to refund my money. I had the postmaster pack the earrings for me and they were sent back to the seller. The tracking shows they arrived last friday.. Today, Monday evening, paypal has denied a refund because my purchase is ineligible for paypal. Now, the seller has the earrings, and I am down $215. I returned the earrings after paypal sent me an email stating the seller would refund my money. What do I do? The case dispute is closed, I can't talk to paypal. <removed> <removed>

Thankyou JonK. Twitter Paypal ignored me. So, I phoned Paypal and explained the situation and they reversed the decision and promised to refund me within 3 to 5 days.
