I can't open a dispute on Paypal

Paypal advised me to contact my bank issuer instead since my money is still not back on my debit card after a Buyee order of mine was cancelled; my bank told me to open a dispute on paypal but when I tried, there is no transaction history on the resolution center. I cannot open a dispute and there is no one available on the customer service

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. Normally, you can report any unauthorized activity on your PayPal account through our Resolution Center. If you do not see the activity on your PayPal account, we do recommend contacting your bank or credit card to see what options you may have.

hi, I also opened a dispute thru my bank. I'd like to know how long does it usually take for a cancelled authorization to refund my money back on my account? It's reflected on my bank that paypal took my money and hasnt given it back yet.

@saachan,

 

That's a great question for your bank. It may take upwards around 75 days for PayPal to fully investigate the case with the bank, but your bank may choose to credit you sooner than that. I would recommend reaching back out to your bank for that specific timeframe.
