How to supply screenshots/evidence to PayPal in order to resolve case dispute?

Hello everyone.

Hopefully someone here has an idea of what I can do to fix this problem.

Recently, a now former friend of mine periodically would send me funds earned from her small business via her PayPal and would request that I send them the equivalent amount via CashApp so that they could use their CashApp card for her everyday finances.

At first I thought nothing of this, and I was fine with helping a friend out, but eventually I became uncomfortable with the increased frequency and higher amounts involved and told her she had to either get her finances sorted out or find someone else to help her out as I was no longer willing to do so.

Oddly enough, a short while later, nearly all of my transactions with her became "disputed" and were reported to be "unauthorized", which put my account into a negative balance of well over $1000, and renders me unable to purchase goods and services or pay bills online due to my debit/credit cards being tied to my afflicted account. After confronting her, she claims her account was hacked and that PayPal **bleep** something up, and claimed to have spoken with them about these cases, which over time I began to doubt she even did so.

Since then, I have been receiving numerous calls by PayPal trying to collect on this negative balance, and I keep telling them that the transactions in question were indeed authorized and that they need to contact the other party in order to get her to rescind the disputes, which should well be within her power to do so.

Since then, some of the lesser transactions have been ruled in my favor, thanks to a PayPal representative informing me that they were able to prove these were fraudulent disputes due to tracing IP addresses and the like, but the larger more serious transactions were filed through her financial institution and therefore are "protected" due to current laws and regulations demanding the funds be credited back to the bank account in question, which renders PayPal unable to settle the dispute in my favor and fix my account's negative balance.

That said, I have numerous screenshots of my conversations with her, and have highlighted each request for the transactions in question, which proves beyond all doubt that they were indeed consented to and authorized, which would then prove the disputes filed through her bank as fraudulent. The question is, how do I send these screenshots to PayPal so they can then forward them to the bank in order to have the disputes against my account dropped? The Resolution Center doesnt seem to have this feature, not to mention the Help Center just has me going in circles and talking to pre-recorded robots whenever I try to call or find a solution related to my issue.

Has anyone else had a similar experience in the past, and if so, how did you end up getting it settled?

Thank you ever so kindly!
