How to fix - "A temporary limitation has been placed on your account"

Hi,

I just got a limitation placed on my account for reaching the receiving limit on paypal. 

If I verify my account by using a debit card and confirming it, will that get rid of the limit or do I need to upload proof of address and identity too?

That depends on if they are requiring you to upload those documents at the resolution center or limiting your account because you have to verify your account to simply lift receiving limit by linking a card or bank account.
