I opened a case because I bought something through what I thought was Nordstrom rack and when I checked out through Paypal the payment was taken from a name that was all chinese letters. I never received confirmation or shipping details on the order. When I opened the case I think I did the wrong dispute and said it was fraud when technically i did authorize the payment so Paypal did not think it was fraud and closed the case. I would have never spent the money I did had I known it was a scam and not a legit company. What do I do now? Call my credit card company?

Hello @meghans504,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
